A Local, Family-Owned Construction Company You Can Trust

Radtke Contractors Inc has been family-owned and family-operated since 1965. Our founders, Robert and Muriel Radtke, strongly believed in three things: discipline, responsibility, and family. 

 

We now carry those same values by guiding our young, fourth-generation family members through the business and everyday life. Thomas (Tom) Radtke, a second-generation family member, has led our workforce since the mid-1990s. Tom thrives on innovative thinking, superior quality, honest work, and exemplary service. We educate and train our employees with our values to align with our vision and deliver the quality we promise to our customers and the community. 


Our original marine structures are installed throughout many of our local Wisconsin waterways. We are proud to involve multiple generations of our family's creative minds, partnered with an exceptional employee base, to provide products and services that lead the industry for quality, functionality, and durability.

Our Commitment to Safety

Safety is our number one concern at Radtke Contractors. We recognize the extreme importance of protecting our employees, customers, and the community. Not only do we uphold legal safety standards, but we also go above and beyond both state and national safety measures.


We promise to remain committed to continued participation in routine safety training and meetings, and we vow to follow all guidelines to keep the community and our employees safe. For us, there is no minimal safety standard. We want all our employees to have safety on the mind 24/7.

Our Everyday Safety Goals

We practice accident prevention measures regularly by removing dangerous obstacles and proactively anticipating potential hazards. Organization and project focus are crucial to a safe working environment. Our division managers, foremen, and leadership team members are held to high standards for practicing safety measures.


In addition, all Radtke Contractors employees are required to attend safety training sessions and seminars whether working in the field or the office. All in all, we are fully committed to a safe environment for everyone.
